| At South Asian literary conference in Fox Valley, Wisconsin -- which the organizer said was inspired by the Kriti Festival. :-) :-) :-) Gorgeous drive up here -- the trees are starting to change, four hours north of Chicago. And there's lots of water around here too, just very pretty. I attended a poetry reading tonight in more than a dozen Indian languages, none of which I speak. Followed by English translation. Interesting! Must see if we can do something similar for Kriti next year. Assuming I get enough volunteers to make it actually happen. |
