Copyright infringement?

I doubt just the name is trademarked. Disney trademarks everything they possibly can, but most folks aren't that aggressive. I suppose I should check -- that really hadn't occurred to me. I meant the name originally as more of a tongue-in-cheek homage. :-) But I'll check with my agent, thanks.
