The Lady of the Lake, Nimue: A Very Secret Diary, part 1

Day Candle

Saw lovely mortal princeling child. V. blond and pretty. Want.

Day Vixen

Success! Have stolen lovely princeling! His name is Launcelot. So sweet and mild! Also: am prettiest mother, like, ever.

Vixen Night

Forgot earlier that mortal children shit themselves and widdle everywhere. Often. V. v. disgusted. Don't want to think about this anymore.

Day Oak

Child is v. annoying. Keeps soiling himself and crying for sweeties. Have shoved him off on lesser maidens for safekeeping. Gave very inspiring speech re: sacred duty and am most impressed with self. I rule.

Day Wool

Have taken on sword waving duties. V. boring but does not involve shit. Improvement.

Day Pumpkin Seed

New duties not as bad as first thought as knights trying to swim in heavy armor v. amusing. Not sure what the appeal is of fancy sword, but lured four knights into lake with sword in two days. Am pleased.

Day Opal

Have begun to overhear fancy sword's thoughts. Thinks I am lovely and fair with skin like wax, etc. V. true, as am goddess. However, not sure if I approve of pervy swords. Note to self: keep eye on sword.

Day Apple Core

Have found new use for sword: pleasuring self with hilt. Rubies v. cold and slippery-smooth, bumps most amusing. Stupid swords thinks I'm polishing it; fear I have ruined it for the other ladies polishing.

Day Saddle Strap

Discovered that all ladies polish swords in such a fashion. Can't believe was not informed of this earlier. V. put out.

Day Kirtle

Wonder if this is what knights saw in sword. Not sure how that would work re: anatomy. Must explore further.

Day Oxblood

Oh.

Day Pansy

Most horrid day! Old boyfriend Merlin came with mortal king person and took sword (and hilt!!) away! Had to keep stiff upper lip being perfect and fey goddess and all that, but wanted to cry. Other hilts not nearly so splendid and bumpy. Miss Cali!!
